The new community center in the North Cornwall Commons is ready for use! The recreation building is composed of an outdoor swimming pool accessible for any residing member of the North Cornwall Commons. The inside is home to a gym for residents to maintain a healthy lifestyle. There is also a large community room that can be used by tenants for various different social neighborhood events.

The acres of farmland that is housed next to Cedar Crest High School was just bought by the Cornwall Lebanon School District. The Cornwall Lebanon School District is looking forward to the benifts of acquiring this land and the fututre of the students are in mind with this purchase.

Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites
The 90-room, 4-story hotel will be operated by Shaner Hotel Group, a State College-based hotel management company with 51 hotels total, and 13 in Pennsylvania, according to a new release. Within Pennsylvania, Shaner exclusively operates hotels in the Marriott family of brands.

After years of delays, a developer on the North Cornwall Commons project in Lebanon County said he believes construction crews will break ground on the complex in the spring.

Townhouses to be built soon

A Lancaster-based home builder has secured permits for the first townhouses to be built at North Cornwall Commons. Kenneth Homes, 320 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, has building permits for the first 12 townhouses of the 162 residential units planned to be built on the site near the intersection of Rocherty and Cornwall roads, according to North Cornwall Township Manager Tom Long.
N. Cornwall intersection now underway

The intersection at Route 72 and Rocherty Road will be the subject of a $4,7 million improvement project including enlarging and restructuring the intersection to provide for turn lanes and an upgrade to the traffic signal system, according to a news release issued by PennDOT. The project will also include milling and resurfacing of the roadway, new highway signs and pavement markings, curbing, guide rail, inlets, pipes and stormwater management facilities.
Springwood Development Partners Announces Firm to Represent the Sale & Leasing of North Cornwall Commons
The team of Art Campbell, Jessica Gasper and Larry Kostelac of Campbell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. have been awarded the exclusive sales and leasing assignment for the long-anticipated North Cornwall Commons project in Lebanon County. The multi-phase mixed-use project is being developed by Springwood Development Partners, a partnership between Blackford Development and Byler Holdings LLC. When completed, the 81-acre project will be comprised of retail, restaurant, hospitality, office, and townhomes.
